Our team
Dutch Wheels may be a small company, with fewer than 20 employees, but we are a close-knit team. Most of our people are engineers: mechanical, electrical, and concept engineers. We’re supported by a dedicated group of service engineers, work planners, and colleagues in sales, finance, marketing and HR.
It’s team work that makes your project or attraction to a success!
Because we operate with a compact team, no role is set in stone. A mechanical engineer might also hold a forklift certificate to help unload a truck, or operate a boom lift when working on-site. Our work planners regularly support logistics, and HR may jump in on marketing of facility tasks. Everyone contributes where needed.
It’s not always the easiest way to run a company, but it does make Dutch Wheels a place where no day is ever the same and definitely never boring.
What matters most is staying connected, communicating, and enjoying what we do. When we’re in the office, we take breaks together, go for walks, and plan the occasional dinner or team outing.
